DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND FINAL SALE

All RESET72 products are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Because digital content can be accessed immediately after successful purchase and cannot be physically returned, purchases are final once the files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Subject to your mandatory consumer rights, RESET72 does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products. We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, no longer want the product, purchase the wrong digital product, or do not read the product description before purchasing.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

Please review the product description, compatibility information, file formats, and included content before purchasing. The First 72 Hours Scam Recovery Kit includes a printable PDF and a fillable PDF. Compatible PDF software is needed to open the files and use supported fillable fields.

NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

RESET72 provides educational and organizational resources. We do not guarantee recovery of lost money, accounts, personal information, or identity. Refunds are not provided based on whether you achieve a particular personal, financial, legal, fraud-recovery, identity-recovery, or account-recovery outcome, except where required by applicable law.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you have trouble accessing or opening your files, please contact us so we can investigate. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve download or file-access issues. Include your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send passwords, full payment card details, identity documents, or completed recovery worksheets.

Contacting support does not restrict any remedy available to you under applicable law.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

Accidental duplicate purchases may be reviewed individually. Please contact us with the relevant order numbers. A review does not automatically guarantee a refund and does not affect any refund required by law.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Any refund required by applicable law will be honored. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to faulty, inaccessible, or misdescribed digital content where applicable. Immediate delivery alone does not waive a statutory withdrawal right where the law requires additional consent or acknowledgment.
