1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RESET72 website and purchase and use of our digital products. “RESET72,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the RESET72 store. Please read these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy before purchasing. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and website use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who can enter into that agreement. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.

3. Digital products

RESET72 sells digital products only. No physical product is shipped. Purchased files are made available electronically after successful purchase. The First 72 Hours Scam Recovery Kit includes printable and fillable PDF versions. Product descriptions specify the included content and formats. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet access, and compatible PDF software. Fillable features depend on the PDF reader used.

4. License and permitted use

A purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may download the purchased files, print copies for your own personal use, and complete the fillable files for your own personal records. Purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright. This license is subject to these Terms and any rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.

5. Prohibited use

Except where permitted by applicable law or our written permission, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload to file-sharing websites, or provide copies of the files to others. You may not modify and resell them, claim the materials as your own, use the content to create competing commercial products, or reproduce substantial portions for commercial use. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, introduce harmful code, circumvent access controls, or interfere with its operation.

6. Purchases and payment

Provide accurate order and contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment is processed through Shopify and/or approved third-party payment providers. RESET72 does not directly store full payment card details. Successful payment is required for digital access. If you do not receive access after payment, contact us for assistance.

7. Pricing

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed before checkout. Review the final order total, including any applicable taxes, before submitting payment. Prices may change for future purchases; such changes do not alter completed purchases. If a material pricing or product-description error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law, including any refund owed if the order cannot be fulfilled.

8. Final sale and refunds

Because RESET72 sells downloadable digital products that are made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. Change of mind, selecting the wrong product, failing to review the description, or not achieving a desired outcome does not by itself qualify for a refund.

We provide reasonable assistance for genuine download or file-access issues. Accidental duplicate purchases may be reviewed individually. See our Refund Policy for details. Neither these Terms nor immediate delivery alone removes statutory rights or replaces any legally required consent or acknowledgment.

9. Intellectual property

RESET72 branding, written content, worksheets, designs, layouts, downloadable files, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights remain with RESET72 or the relevant rights holders. References to third-party names or resources do not transfer rights in those materials to RESET72 or to you.

10. No professional advice

RESET72 is an educational and organizational resource. Its content is not legal, financial, cybersecurity, law-enforcement, professional fraud-recovery, or identity-theft legal advice. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Contact qualified professionals, financial institutions, law enforcement, government agencies, credit bureaus, or relevant service providers when appropriate.

11. No guarantees

RESET72 does not guarantee recovery of lost funds, reversal of transactions, restoration of accounts, prevention of identity theft, recovery of an identity, resolution of disputes, or success with banks, payment providers, platforms, government agencies, or law enforcement. Individual outcomes depend on circumstances outside our control.

12. Third-party resources and links

Our materials may reference the FTC, FBI, CFPB, credit bureaus, banks, payment providers, and government websites. RESET72 is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those organizations unless explicitly stated otherwise. Links are provided for information; we do not control external services or their content. External websites, rules, deadlines, policies, and URLs may change. Verify current information directly with the relevant official source before acting.

13. Accuracy of information

We aim to provide clear and useful information, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We do not promise that every resource is complete, current, or suitable for every situation. Corrections and future revisions may be made. This does not limit legal obligations concerning the description, quality, conformity, or required updates of purchased digital content.

14. User responsibilities

You are responsible for evaluating the relevance of the materials to your circumstances, verifying important information, and obtaining appropriate assistance. Keep your devices, files, and completed worksheets secure. Do not send sensitive recovery records, passwords, full card details, or identity documents to our support team. Use official channels to report incidents and protect your information.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and educational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without additional promises of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular recovery outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, quality standard, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RESET72 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or materials. We do not control and are not responsible for decisions or conduct of scammers, financial institutions, payment providers, platforms, credit bureaus, agencies, or other third parties. These provisions do not excuse our own breach of duties imposed by law. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and costs resulting from third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use of the materials or knowing infringement of another party’s rights. This does not apply to losses caused by RESET72’s own acts or omissions, impose liability beyond what the law permits, or restrict mandatory consumer protections.

18. Termination

We may restrict website access or terminate the personal-use license for a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any required notice or opportunity to remedy the breach. On lawful termination of the license, unauthorized use and distribution must stop. Termination does not remove accrued rights, mandatory remedies, or any refund required by law.

19. Governing terms and applicable law

These Terms apply subject to the laws that govern the transaction. Nothing selects a jurisdiction to deprive you of mandatory protections available under applicable consumer law or restricts access to a court or authority where the law gives you that right. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. No statement in these Terms overrides rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights relating to earlier purchases. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided or obtained. Review the version in effect when making a purchase.
